Crows
Pass has become a yearly jaunt for the OITF team. Temecula is Southern
California farm country. That means beautiful sunny days with a great
mix of fruits and vegetables thriving in an ideal climate. Crows Pass
Farm has a lot to offer: vegetables, strawberries and citrus. They even
have a thriving mushroom farm, offering shiitake, beech and maitake
mushrooms. We look forward to again celebrating the harvest of farmers
David and Tina Barnes.
Our guest chef is Paul Arias of The
Fishery restaurant in Pacific Beach. The Fishery as you might guess
works with a long list of local fishermen. We will have plenty of fresh
seafood to go with all those fruits and vegetables.
