Vintage Chart
General Notes:
We have created this vintage guide only as a general suggestion to help you decide the “right” time to open any given Palumbo wine in your collection. We hope this helps your decision but advise you to do what we do here at the winery; we open a bottle when the mood strikes us and treat any bottle as an opportunity to enjoy what it has to give us at that time. We really feel the best time to open a bottle is when you want to. You will enjoy it more if you do!
Rose and Viognier
These wines are meant to be enjoyed upon release and enjoyed young. They may age and develop if stored properly for a few years beyond the vintage date but again, we suggest you drink them within a year of purchase.
